Each morning we will practice:

ê The 'candle asana' - gentle movement and rhythmic breathing to energise, enliven and uplift you for the day

ê The 'figure 8 meditation' - using visualisation, chanting, breath and circulations of energy through the chakras to produce a delightfully intoxicating state of meditation
