Elemental Visualisation - to create deep relaxation and comfort within your body, heart and mind.
This practice will also connect you with the four elements of nature and other dream symbolism.
Plateau Meditation - teaches you how to let go of physical tensions, emotional stresses and mental activity, and allows you to fall into deep states of meditation.
With practice this ability to let go filters into your daily life, allowing you to let go of unhealthy stress before it takes hold.
