An ideal introduction for beginners, or a way for those who have already experienced the benefits of meditation to re-invigorate their personal practice.

Learn a variety of techniques, gain personal instruction, guidance and answers to your questions, and experience the benefits of guided meditation in a small, friendly group setting.

Non-religious, non-dogmatic, inclusive, light-hearted and refreshing.

Casual meditation classes are held:
